Peter Pimentel is a design leader with over two decades of expertise in creating impactful and award-winning products and experiences. He has collaborated with some of the world’s most influential organizations and currently works at the forefront of AI-powered productivity within the Copilot team at Microsoft.
As a Principal Design Manager, he leads a team that builds people-centered experiences in Copilot and Microsoft 365, superpowered by vast enterprise data and the world's most advanced AI models.
Prior to that, Peter led Design at Engine Digital, managing a team that defines and builds products for clients such as Adidas, Mastercard, and Google. He collaborated with HP to define the experience principles and design system for their industrial 3D printing platform across digital and physical touchpoints.

While at Microsoft Advertising, he led design and UX efforts on multi-million dollar brand experiences for Fortune 100 clients. For Intel, he helped create the first live-action Kinect game on XBox starring The Avengers’ Chris Evans which saw record-breaking user engagement.
